These issues are starting to appear at younger ages and can lead to more serious physical problems later in life.

During this session, I will assess your current fitness level, review your health status, and discuss your specific goals. Based on this, I’ll develop a personalized plan that includes a series of one-on-one sessions, each tailored specifically to help you achieve your objectives.

Yoga is one of the most used athletic discipline for a flexible and strong body. Where the whole Yoga universe has also a strong meditative component, I focus in my sessions on the athletic part to increase your fitness and mobility level, wherever your level is right now.
